Houses have been flooded and cars remain trapped in water across parts of Wales as torrential rain continues to batter the region today.
Rain continued throughout yesterday afternoon and, by the evening, homes had started to fill with water and cars were left submerged in the flood water, reports WalesOnline.
Several cars have been seen attempting to drive through streets filled with water in areas such as Roath, while homes have been flooded in Penarth.
Parts of Cardiff, Newport and the Vale of Glamorgan have also been badly affected. While emergency services are trying to aid drivers move vehicles, other people are trying to clear water out of their homes as rain continues to pour in Wales.
