A hospital in Kent was locked down as police were called to a reports of a knifeman on the grounds. Witnesses said a man was Tasered at the Memorial Medical Centre which is part of Sittingbourne Memorial Hospital, according to reports.
Patients and staff were said to have been trapped inside during the incident on Friday morning. Police have since disarmed a suspect aged in his 50s, and he has been taken into custody.
