A young woman is fighting for her life after being airlifted away from a horror crash. Hope Starsmore who was driving a Toyota Yaris was in collision with a Ford Focus at just after 8.15am on Wednesday, October 7 in Burgh le Marsh, Lincolnshire.
The 20-year-old is now in a medically induced coma in a critical condition in Hull Royal Infirmary with broken arms, legs, pelvis and internal bleeding.
Two passengers in Hope's car received minor injuries and the road was closed for several hours after the incident as vehicles were cleared and an investigation began.
A 32-year old woman was arrested for driving while unfit to do so and has been released under investigation, reports Lincolnshire Live.
