Scots teen fighting for life after crashing bike with no helmet on in horror accident

Kieran Lamond, 14, was put on life support and had to have three blood clots removed after fracturing his skull in the accident on Thursday.He is still under sedation and his family still do not know if he will survive.

But his shocked father-of-seven Greig, 40, from Blairgowrie, Perthshire said: “He is still fighting away. “We were told he might not last 24 hours but he is well over that now and still fighting.”“Make sure your children wear a helmet before they go out on their bikes.”Kieran’s mum, Kerry, died when he was just three years old.He has a sister Morgan, 10, from his dad’s previous relationship and five.
