Grace decided that she needed to hand herself in to the police to protect the ones she loves after killing her brother Liam Donovan.
James surprised his family with a before the police arrived but there was shock twist. However, James and Grace were surprisingly saved when Mercedes turned up at the police station with a plan of action to get them all off the hook.
Fans of the Channel 4 soap were baffled as Mercedes told PC Kiss that Liam tried to kill her in a bid to keep Grace and James out of jail.
