Wearing a peach sports bra with a pair of turquoise printed leggings, the TV personality took part in some exercises which are helping her keep in shape as the UK remains in coronavirus lockdown.
Nikki, who plays Minnie Minniver in the Channel 4 soap, showcased a series of different moves which don't require fitness equipment.
