Helen Skelton has revealed she broke Nikki Sanderson's nose in a fight on a SAS: Who Dares Wins.The 36 year old explained that she was made to fight her co-star on the E4 show, where contestants are put through a series of gruelling challenges, but admitted it was "tough" because she gets along with Nikki, also 36.

However, once the Blue Peter presenter took a few hits herself, she was ready to pack on a few punches, leading to the Coronation Street star's broken nose.

Helen, who's joined the likes of Katie Price on the popular show, explained: "I had to fight Nikki and that was tough because I really like her. “She hit me a lot and I only hit her a couple of times, but when I did she was like, ‘Oh my God, I think you’ve broken my nose’.
