Carlos Vives is taking this time at home to do more of the simple pleasures of life: cook, write and play outdoors.For Billboard's The Takeover IGTV series, the Colombian singer-songwriter shares what life in quarantine looks like for him, and also talks about his recently released album, Cumbiana. "The thing about quarantine is that I do the same stuff I've always done, but with more intensity," he says. "I do miss things I used to take for granted."Vives also introduces the production duo of Martin Velilla and Andres Leal, who are behind Cumbiana. "These two are responsible for the new sound on Cumbiana, which is very connected to my roots, but it is also connected to the new sounds of this generation," Vives explains in the three-minute.
