Rangers and Hearts was due to get underway - with fire engines attending the scene. According to The Sun, the fire service were called to the national stadium at around 10:30am on May 21, with the fixture set to kick-off less than five hours later at 3pm between the sides of Giovanni van Bronckhorst and Robbie Neilson.
Fortunately, it was later confirmed to be an alarm of the false variety, with Rangers players and staff taking to the pitch to have a look at the playing surface an hour or two later.
