Grand Theft Auto V players on PC noticed a surprise update today. The new patch, which weighs in at a meagre 78MB on PC, may be directed at fixing some of the issues players have been complaining about over the past few weeks, related to the Rockstar Launcher.
The update – which is certainly one of the most modest we've seen in the game for quite a while – will likely be a fix to the Rockstar Launcher issue players have taking to social media to complain about.
Since mid-March, GTA V players have been receiving the ‘ Files required to play GTA Online could not be downloaded from the Rockstar Games Service’ error – and this update could have been deployed to fix it once and for all.
