The discovery of several bags of dead pig parts dotted around Wealden in Sussex comes amidst a national shortage of butchers and abattoir workers.There are now fears that criminals are looking to cash in on the crisis, prompting concerns over food safety.The discarded pig remains have been fly-tipped on five occasions in the Crowborough and Eridge areas of Wealden since mid-August.
