Greater Manchester beer brewery Seven Brothers has announced that it has shut down one of its beerhouses. The craft brewery, which started life in 2014 by seven brothers who grew up helping their father 'make homebrew in the cellar of their family home' in Salford, has closed down its Middlewood Locks beerhouse, on Lockside Lane in Salford, with immediate effect.

At the time of its opening in December 2019, it was Seven Bro7hers second beerhouse after its original Ancoats site and played host to a range of live events alongside a full offering of their beer selection.

The bar and kitchen also served a food menu, including the likes of burgers and kebab wraps, alongside a range of gin and spirits from their award-winning offshoot Sis4ers Distillery.

Its last publicised event was on Wednesday (January 22) when it screened the Champions League match between Manchester City and Paris Saint-Germain (PSG).
