Google, Spotify and Snapchat down as people ask if 'the internet is broken'

dailystar.co.ukSpotify and Snapchat are currently down with complaints from Google users flooding the internet as they struggle to use its Cloud and Docs functions.The problem appears to have started with Google Cloud, and the service’s status page does say that the company is "experiencing an issue with Cloud Networking," and that it started today at 09:53 US/Pacific time.A significant number of users have reported outages on DownDetector with one saying: "Apparently, the whole internet is down?" accompanied by an image of all the sites affected.
Social Blade tweeted: "Looks like this is an issue with our hosting provider, @googlecloud . Spotify and others seem to be having the same issue right now as well.
