The GMB host shared details of a recent interview with Woman magazine on her Instagram account in which she talks about turning 50 in May but she admits she needs to learn to "embrace it" - and she says she has no plans yet to celebrate the special occasion.
She said: "So.. I’ve a milestone birthday coming up in May, which I’ve been in a bit of denial about. I’ve talked about it in @woman.maguk out this week as I know I need to embrace it, but I still haven’t worked out how to celebrate!!
Any ideas let me know." While many of her followers rushed to share how they had celebrated their big birthdays and provided tips - from afternoon tea to a spa day - many were left in shock by her age.
