The parents of two of the children murdered in the Southport knife attack last July have been interviewed on TV for the first time.
The parents of six-year-old Bebe King, who wish to remain anonymous, and Jenni and David Stancombe, the parents of seven-year-old Elsie Dot, were interviewed on Good Morning Britain, the Liverpool Echo reported.
During the interview, host Susanna Reid noted that the parents of Alice da Silva Aguiar “don’t feel ready to speak yet” but are supportive of Bebe and Elsie Dot’s families sharing their stories.
They described their daughters as happy, confident, and loving. Bebe’s mother said: “She was so mighty but so, so strong but so kind at the same time.
