Susanna Victoria Reid (born 10 December 1970) is an English television presenter and journalist. Reid was a co-presenter of BBC Breakfast from 2003 until 2014, along with Bill Turnbull and Charlie Stayt.
She has been a co-anchor of Good Morning Britain since 2014, and currently presents the programme alongside Piers Morgan and Ben Shephard.
She finished as a runner-up on the eleventh series of Strictly Come Dancing in 2013. She also presented Sunday Morning Live on BBC and Save Money: Good Food on ITV.
A huge mishap which saw a presenter get stuck in an animal costume on Good Morning Britain left viewers in stitches on Wednesday, 14 March.The ITV morning show returned with Susanna Reid and Ed Balls hosting, along with Kate Garraway running through the latest headlines.
One of the stories Kate, 56, featured was the work a veterinary surgeon in Virginia was doing to keep animals in the wild whilst undergoing treatment.
Kate explained the vet had an interesting method to stop animals being imprinted. She then handed over to GMB's American reporter Noel Phillips, who was in the US at the veterinary surgery.
He showed off the fox mask that was being used by the vet to the cameras as he began his report. Noel then put on the mask himself while continuing to deliver his report.
