Susanna Reid

Susanna Victoria Reid (born 10 December 1970) is an English television presenter and journalist. Reid was a co-presenter of BBC Breakfast from 2003 until 2014, along with Bill Turnbull and Charlie Stayt.

She has been a co-anchor of Good Morning Britain since 2014, and currently presents the programme alongside Piers Morgan and Ben Shephard.

She finished as a runner-up on the eleventh series of Strictly Come Dancing in 2013. She also presented Sunday Morning Live on BBC and Save Money: Good Food on ITV.

What is the problem when there are so many workout plans, so many nutrition plans, what is the reason for that?"The mum-of-two told Prima magazine, in 2019, that her weight loss journey began when she visited the GP about skin problems.Her doctor told her she was at the top end of her height's BMI and recommended she try to lose weight.Susanna decided to overhaul her diet by eating healthier and ditching snacks - and now feels "fantastic".She said: "This time last year, I went to the doctor with a skin problem and he told me I could do with losing some weight."It turned out I was at the upper end of my BMI and, I have to admit, I'd been feeling a little heavy for a while.

I've lost a stone and a half since then and I feel fantastic."During an appearance on Lorraine Kelly's ITV breakfast show, Susanna explained she cut out snacking after realising her 4am wake-up time would cause cravings.She told Lorraine: "It can creep up without you noticing, and what I did was cut out snacking.

I found waking up so early in the morning you're in a sort of energy deficit."All your body can think is have toast, have biscuits, have calories, and you can pile [weight] on really quickly."Susanna is a pescatarian, which means fish.
