Julian Garvey Vines Lewis passed away on August 16 last year in Salford Royal Hospital from an 'unsurvivable' head wound after falling from his flat window.
An inquest into his death ruled he sustained the injury in a 'psychotic or delusional' episode after taking cannabis on a night out with frinds celebrating his birthday.
