A teenage girl who underwent a life-saving heart transplant has given her donor’s family a precious gift this Christmas.Kayleigh Llewellyn was diagnosed with a rare heart condition called cardiomyopathy at the age of 12, meaning she had to undergo transplant surgery.
Now the 14-year-old is marking the two-year anniversary since receiving her incredible gift of life by paying tribute to her 19-year-old donor, Sinead Bree.
