The footage shows now-former Minneapolis Police Department officer Tou Thao standing guard as three other offices pin Mr Floyd down in the street.
Former office Derek Chauvin is seen pressing his neck into lifeless man's neck as one distraught bystander yells: "Check his pulse.
He's not f***ing moving." The witnesses beg Thao, who is meant to be keeping an eye on the crowd, to intervene and help Mr Floyd, and one later confronts the officers, including Chavin, saying: "That man going to haunt you for the rest of your life."
