James, 32, proposed his idea for his showstopper cake, as he said jokingly to the cameras: ""Anal hygiene is something that's very close to my heart." He decorated the loo cake with white icing, and put even used maltesers as decoration for the bathroom themed bake.
One said: "Toilet cake won hehe." While another wrote: "JAMES WON??? legend." A third GBBO viewer typed: "How the f*** did you pull that out your a***" tagging the actor in their Tweet.
