Bazunu is on loan at Portsmouth and is impressing in his second season in League One after a year at Rochdale last term, doing enough to earn the goalkeeping spot for Ireland in their recent internationals.
The youngster made headlines last month when he saved a penalty from Cristiano Ronaldo as Ireland looked on course for a shock win over Portugal in their World Cup qualifier, until Ronaldo scored two late goals to become the all time top men's international goalscorer in the process.
