Her parcel had lain in the bin, unbeknownst to her, for at least three days.The woman, who wishes to remain anonymous, says she did not receive a note through her door to say a delivery had been made.Instead, she came across an email in her junk folder shortly after her bins had been emptied.It said her parcel - which contained a tooth cleaner costing between £20 and £30 - had been delivered to a 'safe place' and included a photograph of her parcel inside her wheelie bin.The 40-year-old said: "I had been keeping an eye out because my parcel was due."I did not get a card through my door and so I messaged the seller to say my parcel had not arrived."The woman bought the tooth cleaner through a private seller on eBay.
