Bury Market traders rejoiced when they could finally begin to welcome customers again.Since mid-June regulars have returned to their beloved market to get their hands on the best local produce and discounted deals.

Dating back to the 1440s, Bury Market has won numerous national awards including being voted as Britain's favourite market in 2019.

Despite the lack of coaches which usually draw crowds to the town, footfall has gradually increased and people are once again visiting the vast 300 indoor and outdoor stalls.
