Four men arrested by police following an explosion outside the Women's Hospital in Liverpool on Sunday have been released without charge.
The news came after police named the suspected terrorist bomber who died in the explosion. Although enquiries are ongoing, police said they 'strongly believe' he is 32-year-old Emad Al Swealmeen.
