The Foreign Office has officially changed its travel advice for UK travellers looking to visit Spain. The travel ban was officially lifted shortly after the Government announced people in England could visit Spain without having to quarantine when they got back.
Now the advice from the Foreign Office has been updated as well. It states: "From 4 July, Spain is exempt from the FCO advice against all non-essential international travel.
This is based on the current assessment of COVID-19 risks." The FCO warns that Brits arriving in Spain will be subject to three requirements.
They must provide contact information and history of any COVID-19 exposure, they must undergo a temperature check, and they must undergo a visual health assessment.
