US, is facing charges of having sex with an underage student and allegedly invited the victim over to her home numerous times while she was on bail.READ MORE: Man charged with killing woman he just met and placing her head on a stickAccording to the Iredell County Sheriff’s Office, Bailey was originally charged with statutory rape of a person 15 years of age or younger, indecent liberties with a minor and sexual activity with a student.Police received a report on the teacher's alleged activities on July 20 and released her from custody on a $75,000 (£63,000) bond and placed on house arrest on August 1.Iredell Free News reported that the sex between the adult and Northview Academy pupil continued despite one of the conditions of her bail being to steer clear of the alleged victim.

Instead, police say that Bailey invited the boy round her home nine more times, which has led to 27 more charges being made against her following her arrest on Friday.They include nine counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor, nine counts of intimidating or interfering with a state witness, and nine counts of felony violation of pre-trial release conditions.Police have not revealed how old the alleged victim is.

Back behind bars, Bailey has been told she must now cough up a cool $800,000 (£696,000) to be released again from Iredell County Detention Center before her trial.
