Fearne Cotton has broken her silence on her split from Jesse Wood, after they announced their decision to part ways last year.The couple had celebrated a decade of marriage just five months before revealing their shock breakup in December.

During an appearance on ITV's Lorraine on Monday morning, Fearne, 43, addressed her split from Rolling Stones' Ronnie Wood's son Jesse.The pair had married in July 2014 and share two kids Rex, 11, and Honey, eight.

Fearne is also step-mum to Jesse's children Arthur, 21, and Lola, 18, from his first marriage. As Lorraine asked the star how she is, Fearne confidently stated: "I am good, I'm really good." Of the split, Fearne said: "It's all very amicable and kids are doing great." She also added: "I am in a very good place." It comes after Fearne's candid conversation with Scott Mills, her old friend from her BBC Radio 1 days, where she expressed feeling "really happy", reports the Mirror.

Scott, who has known Fearne for over two decades, observed that she's been noticeably more upbeat recently, always seeming to be in high spirits.
