Now, 48 year old Jesse has gone public with his new romance, liking an image where he's cuddled up to Made In Chelsea's Gemma Gregory, 39, basking in some sunny vibes.
Gemma, daughter of actor Paul Gregory, shared the loved-up photo on Tuesday, captioned: "Bloody love this one" followed by a red heart emoji.
