The German bloke has even had his out ears removed to make his head look like a skull.Sandro, from Finsterwalde, is known on social media as Mr Skull Face.He’s spent the last 13 years have 17 modifications done to his body and claims it’s boosted his confidence.Sandro, 39, first become interested in the world of body mod in 2007 when he saw someone on TV have spikes embedded in their head.
