A Met Office forecast has revealed exactly where and when snow is expected to fall in Greater Manchester as a cold snap hits next week.
Almost the entire north of England has been hit by a yellow weather warning for snow and ice, including Greater Manchester. The warning comes into effect at 7pm on Monday night (November 18) until 10am on Tuesday (November 19).
The Met Office says: "An area of snow may bring disruption to a central swathe of the UK during Monday night and Tuesday morning." The full warning covers all of the North except some coastal areas. Northern parts of the Midlands, much of North Wales and southern Scotland are also affected by the weather alert.
