According to WXCharts, using MetDesk data, December 4 could see the temperature take a dive, while other forecasts have hinted that the mercury will drop sharply after December 6, particularly in Wales, northern England, and Scotland.
Met Office Chief Meteorologist Neil Armstrong cautions: "With cold Arctic air firmly in place over the UK, continued winter hazards are likely through much of this week, with further updates to warnings likely in the coming days", as reported by the Mirror.
