Former Arsenal star Jose Antonio Reyes was driving at 116mph when an explosion of his back-left tyre caused his fatal car crash, a police report has revealed.
Reyes, 35, was tragically killed on June 1, 2019 when the Mercedes S 550 he was driving crashed on the A-376 motorway in southern Spain.
Reyes and his cousin, Jonathan Reyes, 23, were both killed in the crash whilst his other cousin, Juan Manuel Calderon, suffered serious burns as he tried to save them from the burning vehicle.
