Simon Cowell
Simon Phillip Cowell (born 7 October 1959) is an English television personality, businessman and record executive. He has judged on the British television talent competition series Pop Idol (2001–2003), The X Factor (2004–2010, 2014–present) and Britain's Got Talent (2007–present), and the American television talent competition series American Idol (2002–2010), The X Factor (2011–2013), and America's Got Talent (2016–present). Cowell is the principal, founder and chief executive of the British entertainment company Syco.

Here it is. So, a few key observations. The series is based on a true story. In real life, there were people who went to jail for what happened, which obviously hasn’t happened in the show yet.
It definitely looks like that's going to happen in this season, considering there are a few courtroom looking scenes at the end of the trailer.
That's supported by the quick cuts of reporters and photographers trying to get pictures of the girls. When news of this broke in Italy, it became a THING, so this trailer would imply that this is when their secret is found out.
