Frank Lampard could introduce a hefty fine list for under-performing Everton players following his appointment as manager. The former midfielder swapped the blue of Chelsea, where he was sacked, for Everton when he replaced Rafa Benitez as Toffees boss this week, having impressed owner Farhad Moshiri and other club chiefs with his plans.Lampard, 43, had been out of work since being sacked by Chelsea 12 months ago after a series of lacklustre performances, though he always maintained high standards of professionalism. And if his first tenure as a Premier League manager is anything to go by, the ex-England star will run a tight ship with the help of his savage fine list.During his first season as Chelsea head coach, a printed list was leaked online with Lampard’s signature clearly visible at the bottom. The total list of fines came to a whopping £53,000, with players punished for misdemeanours like wearing the wrong kit and arriving late to training. Those who were late to training were fined £2,500, which rose to a staggering £20,000 if players missed the start of the session itself.Other fines included £5,000 for not travelling back from matches on the team coach and £10,000 for not reporting an illness or injury either before a day off or 90 minutes prior to training. And all of those fines were to be doubled if not paid within 14 days.Do you think Frank Lampard will secure Everton a top-ten finish this season?
