Frank Lampard has already put his foot down at Everton by reportedly fining a star for stopping to tie his laces. Chelsea legend Lamps has laid down a host of new rules to show under-fire Toffees stars; he means business.

And for one unlucky Everton ace, that meant a fine for stopping to tie his laces at the training ground. The player in question arrived late to a post-lunch meeting after sorting out his trainers.

According to The Sun, he was told to have his fine on the manager's desk the following morning. It is one of many new rules set out by Lampard as he attempts to change the culture at Goodison Park.

Lampard, who was famed for his fine list during his time in charge at Chelsea, has imposed new rules at Finch Farm. For a start, all players must stick to a dress code.Using a phone at team meeting or dinner will set a player back a whopping £2,000.While anyone who refuses to travel back from an away game with the team will be slapped with a £5,000 punishment.
