Emmerdale are predicting Amelia Spencer is about to make a whole heap of trouble for herself in a new plot line on the ITV show.

The increasingly social media-obsessed teen was seen on last night's episode (April 26) babysitting Gabby Thomas's young son Thomas at Home Farm.However, when Gabby returned early from her day out she caught Amelia playing with her phone and taking selfies, leading her to blurt out reassurances that she hadn't been neglecting the little boy."Oh don't be daft," Gabby told her, "I'm not expecting you to sit there staring at him, especially when he's asleep.

It would be a bit weird."She then showed Amelia all the stuff she'd bought on her shopping trip, leading the 15-year-old to exclaim that she also really wanted to buy herself something but her dad wouldn't let her.Gabby then suggested Amelia have the items she wanted to get delivered to Home Farm instead - that way her father would never need to know.And that's where Emmerdale viewers reckon they can predict where the story will head next, with Amelia getting up to her neck in trouble by pretending on her online profile pages that the property is actually hers.Many have also noted that the teenager has become too preoccupied with her appearance since being rejected by Noah Dingle on the soap.Her excessive use of filters on her photos has been taken as a warning sign by some fans.
