Meena (Paige Sandhu) was on a warpath in the hospital, making it clear she wanted to kill both Priya Kotecha (Fiona Wade) and Victoria Sugden (Isabel Hodgins) to keep her murderous secret hidden.She was stopped in her path by a nurse, but viewers couldn't quite believe that Victoria would be discharged first, considering their injuries.Victoria almost drowned when Meena held her under the water, whereas the killer herself was suffering from smoke inhalation.
