Yesterday Eminem’s ex was rushed to hospital after attempting to take her own life, following the death of her beloved mum Kathy Sluck, at the age of 65.
The tragedy is the latest bump in a troubled life that saw Kim run away from home at 13, claiming she had been abused by her stepfather, and deal with her twin sister’s drug addiction and death by overdose at 41.
Her tempestuous relationship with 48-year-old Eminem, who mocked her in songs and fantasised about murdering her, drove her to attempt suicide and she has battled depression and addiction throughout.
