A fight broke out in Bolton between a man and a 'group of young people'. Emergency services rushed to the scene of the brawl, on Rishton Lane in Great Lever on Sunday afternoon (February 27).
Police had been called at around 2.45pm to reports of a fight in the north Manchester suburb. Numerous police vehicles were present, including a forensics van and an ambulance. Greater Manchester Police have since confirmed that a number of people had been arrested.
Eyewitnesses at the scene told the M.E.N that they saw a man 'arguing' with a group of younger people shortly beforehand. They also said a car window had been smashed in the confrontation.
