Ellie Goulding has clapped back to a fan who criticised her new song, Worry About Me. The 33-year-old dropped her latest track with BlackBear on Friday, before teasing her eagerly-anticipated fourth album.

And, celebrating the release on Twitter, she simply posted: ‘*Breaks silence* ISSA BOP.’ However, one unimpressed ‘fan’ clearly didn’t agree with her, sliding in to reply: ‘But it’s not’.

Having precisely none of it, Ellie hit back, simply telling them: ‘Yes it is.’ So. Much. Sass. Thankfully for Ellie, others rushed to agree with her.

Flooding the replies, one commented: ’It’s a f**king bop!!!! it’s been on repeat since i woke up this morning. ‘It’s a total bop, Ellie the new queen of trap,’ another wrote.
