Ellen DeGeneres has apologised to staff after The Ellen DeGeneres Show has had an overhaul after axing its senior production team.Bosses at Warner Brothers have sacked three producers following claims the show was a "toxic workplace".A spokesperson for the production company confirmed that producers Ed Galvin, Kevin Leman and co-executive producer Jonathan Norman have "parted ways" with The Ellen DeGeneres Show.The Ellen Show's resident DJ, Stephen 'tWitch' Boss has since been promoted to co-executive producer.It's believed the trio were slapped with the news via a group video conference call on Monday.Ellen, 62, issued a personal note to her production staff, reading: "I'm so so sorry for what this has become.
