Ellen DeGeneres has reportedly fired three senior producers on her show following accusations of “racism, fear and intimidation” by former and current employees.The Ellen DeGeneres Show has been plagued with rumours the show is a “toxic” place to work, which sparked the show’s host to apologise to staff after an internal investigation.
It’s now reported that 62 year old Ellen has taken further action by letting go executive producers Ed Glavin and Kevin Leman, as well as co-executive producer Jonathan Norman.The Ellen Show’s distributer Warner Brothers later confirmed to Variety that the three producers had “parted ways” with the show.
