Soap star Maisie appeared to be smoking a large hand rolled cigarette behind the wheel of her car. The redhead puffed on her cigarette after she stopped her car to use her lighter.
At the time, she was chatting away to a female friend who was in the passenger seat. Maisie was seen driving around Two Tree Island, in Essex.
The TV sensation still lives at home with her parents and her sister in Westclifon-Sea. Mirror Online approached Maisie Smith and BBC's representatives for comment.
