The EastEnders cast member, who plays Max Branning, showed off his toned muscles as he squinted at the camera in the snap with headphones in, sending his fans wild.
Jake, 47, looked a far cry from his alter ego in the picture, as he let his rippling abs steal the show as he leant forward to show them off.
He captioned the snap: "Happy Tuesday everyone. Stay positive." It didn't take long for the compliments to pour in for the BBC star, as fans gawped at his muscles.
