Jake, who plays Max Branning on EastEnders, revealed exercise has been helping him to "get through" the Covid-19 quarantine period.
Sharing a shirtless snap, he proved the hours spent toiling away during his home workouts has paid off. Flexing his muscles, the flame-haired actor looked ripped to shreds as he tensed for the camera.
