The Walford businessman was recently left for dead when he was attacked in the Queen Vic, and has been recovering for in hospital.He was told that there was 50/50 chance of recovery and that he suffered a bleed to the brain.However, Ian retuned home and received a frosty reception from neighbours which left him with a great deal of paranoia as his attacker is still yet to be found.Viewers at home were spurred to see Ian back behind the bar of the Queen Vic and questioned his recovery.Taking to Twitter, one fan penned: "So last week we left Ian Beale with a 50/50 chance of survival.
