EastEnders actress Maisie Smith has bravely opened up abut fighting body dysmorphia. The 18-year-old shot to fame at just seven-years-old after landing the role of Tiffany Butcher on the hit BBC soap.
Tragically she developed body dysmorphia when she was just 13-years-old. Taking to social media, Maisie shared a clip of herself singing an original song in which she highlighted her troubles.
The starlet sings: "When I was little I would look in the mirror, holding in my stomach wishing that I was thinner. "Guess I had a case of body dysmorphia - and I still haven't shaken it off."
