Drunk lorry driver caught on motorway cannot get behind the wheel for 20 months

Vitas Urbonas, 48, was seen driving the tractor unit of a Man lorry in the early hours of Sunday morning (September 12). After police saw Urbonas driving on the M61, they then found the Lithunian national parked on Bridgewater Avenue, in Bolton.
