Trains from Manchester Airport station may be cancelled or delayed this morning due to a 'fault with the signalling system'.
According to National Rail, some lines are currently blocked between the airport station and Manchester Piccadilly. This means trains might be cancelled or delayed, with disruption expected until 9am.
Operators affected include Northern, TransPennine Express and Transport for Wales. Passengers are being urged to check before they travel.
